      Exchange Policy
       Uniform Exchange Policy

      Dear Students,

      Uniforms can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery at the locations and times mentioned below:

      Encave Store, Mairti Building (Ground Floor, Green Room)
      📅 Dates: 1st July to 30th July
      🕓 Time for Exchange: 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM

      Sports Building (First Floor)
      📅 Dates: 1st August to 30th August
      🕓 Time for Exchange: 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM

      Exchange Guidelines:
      Exchanges must be made within 3 days of receiving the uniform.
      Uniform items must be undamaged and in original condition.

      Only item-to-item exchanges are allowed:
      Shirt → Shirt
      Blazer → Blazer
      Pant → Pant

      (Sizes can be changed as per availability.)
      No refunds will be issued.
      Exchanges will be processed within 5–7 working days.
